What NSFW mode actually changes
Three conditions before any generation: the right on the plan, signed consent, and a compatible engine. The mode is not a way around moderation, and it is not a tool for real people without documented permission.
Consent
Before it can stay on, the account needs a versioned legal consent, signed once on the dashboard. Without the right (Pro, Studio or Charme) the switch stays off.
Credits
While the mode is on, generation credits are multiplied by 1.25 and rounded up to the next credit. An exemption stored on the account can remove this surcharge, including for life after 3 referred accounts with an active subscription. The Avatar Lab body reference does not take this surcharge.
